Update
Well, I haven’t updated in a while. I’m now down 32.8lbs so far, and 5 1/4 inches in 6 weeks.
I’ve started the C210K app, and am redoing Week 3 over. I also started doing Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred and weight training with a friend who is a personal trainer.
I’ve also brought my protein levels down from 26.8 to 5.7 with working out and eating 10-11g of protein a day.
For those that don’t know, I have Classical Phenylketonuria. Also knows as CPKU. I lack an enzyme to breakdown phenylalanine which is an amino acid protein that is in all food.
I’m on a very protein restricted diet and it is only to treat PKU and is NOT recommended for losing weight; and is only prescribed by a geneticist that deals with metabolic conditions.
